Qualifications 

• You’re currently enrolled in an undergraduate program (any field of study).

• You’re comfortable with technology, whether it’s Excel or ChatGPT.

• You communicate clearly and professionally.

• You’re eligible to work in Canada and available full-time for 12 weeks (September to November)

The Opportunity 

As a co-op student at Conqora, you’ll get an inside look at how businesses really work. You’ll support our team with research, analysis, and operations across real portfolio companies—no coffee runs here. You’ll work side-by-side with executives and entrepreneurs, learn how to think strategically, and gain exposure to how we identify opportunities, solve business challenges, and create value. We’re not expecting you to know everything, we’ll teach you. What we need is someone who’s ready to jump in, stay curious, and do meaningful work. You’ll be doing real work that contributes to real outcomes. By the end of your co-op, you’ll have built skills in business analysis, critical thinking, communication, and leadership. And if you bring your A-game, this may not be the end of the road, we’re always looking for future leaders.

Details:

• Compensation: $17.20 per hour
• Term: 12 weeks (September to November)
• Hours: 35 hours per week
• Location: On-site at our Toronto office
