Rupesh Amin is the founder and CEO of Conqora Capital Partners. With nearly three decades of experience across private equity, infrastructure, and real estate, Rupesh leads the firm’s strategy, investment execution, and operational partnerships.

Before founding Conqora in 2019, Rupesh was Managing Partner at Forum Equity Partners, where he built and led the firm’s Infrastructure Development platform, managing $1.3B in assets and delivering top-decile returns. He has also held senior roles at Carillion Canada and Infrastructure Ontario, where he played a key role in shaping Ontario’s infrastructure delivery model and overseeing a portfolio of large-scale public infrastructure projects.

Rupesh began his career in capital markets and venture investing, and brings a unique blend of institutional discipline and entrepreneurial drive to Conqora’s approach. His track record spans the full investment lifecycle, from origination and structuring to hands-on operational oversight.

He is a member of the Canadian Venture Capital & Private Equity Association (CVCA) and the Canadian Council for Public‑Private Partnerships (CCPPP), reflecting his deep commitment to sector best practices and thought leadership.

He holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Political Science from Western University.
